Google search monopoly and leftwing bias deemed illegal by US court: Historic win for the American people

The Google monopoly of over 90 % on the search market that Alphabet has maintained the past decades was deemed illegal in a US court of law this week. The case was initiated in 2020 as Google was sued by the US Department of Justice.

It was a massive blow to Alphabet, the Google parent company and hopefully will change the way big tech operates.

Google search monopoly: For many years, the leftwing bias against conservatives has been rampant, strangling the reach of almost all conservative outlets in the West in a manner that may be most likened to the situation that existed in the Soviet Union before its fall.

“This case has at times been described as posing an existential threat to Google and its owner given its dominance of the search and online advertising business. The government has asked for “structural relief” – which could, in theory at least, mean the break-up of the company,” writes the BBC.

“In his decision, US District Judge Amit Mehta said Google had paid billions to ensure it is the default search engine on smartphones and browsers. “Google is a monopolist, and it has acted as one to maintain its monopoly,” Judge Mehta wrote in his 277-page opinion.”

Google search monopoly: “Hanne Nabintu Herland is a leading intellect of the Western world and one of the few remaining European intellectuals to stand up for truth. She is a defender of civilization and Christian morality and a stalwart opponent of the Satanic forces that are attacking our civilization. She has written another important book in which she explains the consequences of the control exercised over the entire Western World by a handful of giant American investment companies who have no commitment to freedom and morality.” Dr. Paul Craig Roberts, leading American political economist

Google search monopoly: The ruling is a historic win for the American people and demonstrates that the antitrust laws still function in a country such as the United States, as US Attorney General Merrick Garland, the country’s top prosecutor said. “No company, no matter how large or influential, is above the law,” he added.

Upcoming cases against Meta, Amazon and Apple are in the pipeline, as the State Department seeks to undo the unlawful monopolies that create enormous bias against particular political groups that oppose the so-called WOKE agenda.

Google search monopoly: As it turns out, Google spends billions of dollars annually to Apple, Samsung, Mozilla and others to be installed as the default search engine on mobile phones.

And Google earns billions of dollars thanks to the advertising structure on its pages.

Google has already been fined billions in monopoly cases in Europe, and several more are to come.

This is why lawmakers in the House and Senate welcomed the Justice Department decision to file an antitrust lawsuit against Google.

What is claimed is that the tech giant uses its monopolist power to preserve its monopoly via its search engine.

Fox wrote at the time when the lawsuit was filed in 2020: “The lawsuit is the most important antitrust case in a generation,” Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., said in a statement. “Google and its fellow Big Tech monopolists exercise unprecedented power over the lives of ordinary Americans, controlling everything from the news we read to the security of our most personal information. And Google in particular has gathered and maintained that power through illegal means.”

“The DOJ suit alleges that Google has used its dominance in online search and advertising to stifle competition and boost profits. The suit could be an opening shot in a battle against a number of Big Tech companies in the coming months.”

According to the lawsuit, “For years, Google has entered into exclusionary agreements, including tying arrangements, and engaged in anticompetitive conduct to lock up distribution channels and block rivals.”

“American consumers are forced to accept Google’s policies, privacy practices, and use of personal data; and new companies with innovative business models cannot emerge from Google’s long shadow. For the sake of American consumers, advertisers, and all companies now reliant on the internet economy, the time has come to stop Google’s anticompetitive conduct and restore competition,” it says.” End quote.
