The post-apartheid legislative landscape in South Africa shows that since the end of apartheid in 1994, approximately 100 race-based laws have been implemented. Despite the democratic transition from a white minority government to majority rule, South Africa remains the “most racist country in the world”.
The implication is that the expected move away from racial discrimination has not materialized; instead, race-based legislation persists, contradicting the goal of a non-racist society after apartheid.
The dramatic deterioration of South Africa under ANC: It highlights the continuation and growth of race-based legislation and controversial policies like BEE and land expropriation where white farmers are thrown off their own private properties and expelled, without compensation.
This system has corrupt mechanisms that have enriched a small elite while harming the broader economy and various racial groups.
South Africa consists of approximately 51 million black people and 2.8 million white people. The white minority built South Africa to “the standard of a European country” despite being vastly outnumbered.
White South Africans warned that managing a country effectively requires expertise, and they cautioned about the implications of power transfer. Since the transfer of power over thirty years ago, the country faces significant infrastructural challenges, including electricity blackouts, water shortages, deteriorating roads with cracks, airport infrastructure failing and a poverty rate among blacks.
Dramatic deterioration of South Africa: In South Africa, it is a regular happening that political leaders call for genocide of its white citizens. Black political leaders, such as leader of South Africa’s third largest party, the Marxist Economic Freedom Fighters, (EFF) Julius Malema, speaks openly about “the need to call for the killing of white people” and “go after the white men, we are cutting the throat of whiteness”.
“The time for reconciliation is over. Now is the time for justice,” Malema was quoted by News24 as telling parliament. “We must ensure that we restore the dignity of our people without compensating the criminals who stole our land.” Mark that White South Africans came to this land as early as the 1500’s, long before most of the Bantu tribes entered this land from the North.
The time for reconciliation is now over, stated the new ANC president Ramaphosa, pictured with former president Jacob Zuma, as a law is passed to allowing “Black South Africans” to take over the land and property of “Whites” in a historic agreement.

Dramatic deterioration of South Africa: To hand South Africa over to ANC was the last nail in the coffin of the brutal wars between the Boer and the British. In accordance with the Marxist narrative infused into Western thinking since the 1960’s, the only racism that is worth fighting is “whites against blacks”.
To criticize a “black” man for racism, simply isn’t done. The incompetent communist ANC party that came to power precisely by the help of the British, who arguably knew perfectly well that the country would collapse under their rule, caused the fall of Africa’s first superpower, South Africa.
Two specific ANC policies are critical. Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) – which works as a form of theft that has mainly benefited the elites, and not provided the reform that was needed.
The second, expropriation without compensation implies that state-sanctioned economic seizure is happening to, for example, white farmers on their own land that they have owned for centuries. Such racial policies strongly harm the economy, as competence is lost and individuals with little or no knowledge on how to farm is handed over vast agricultural lands that they are unable to handle.
Furthermore, a recent report by Professor William Gomedi is referenced, which claims that BEE has transferred 100 trillion rand to approximately 100 families over 24 years. This is highlighted as evidence of elite enrichment rather than broad-based economic empowerment.
The ANC’s 24-year rule coincides with economic genocide targeting not only white citizens, but also colored and Indian populations. The country is purportedly on the precipice of economic collapse and failure as a state due to these policies.
