What happens when the public sector loses all sense of accountability to the law for what taxpayers’ money is spent on? It’s hard to find a worse example than USAID, the US Agency for International Development, with 40 billion dollars annually.
USAID criminal track record: Elon Musk calls USAID “a completely criminal and illegal organization” which, it now turns out, among other things, finances highly dangerous bioweapons production, carries out numerous coups d’état that have destabilized many countries, producing millions of refugees and terrible suffering. American taxpayers’ money has paid for this.
USAID has spent billions on creating unrest, fomenting war and shaping revolutions in other countries, funding uprisings and demonstrations that serve the interests of the American elite, funding media all over the world so that they only write what serves the interests of the elite, writes Hanne Nabintu Herland, historian of religions, author, founder of The Herland Report. USAID criminal track record: According to RFK. Jr, the CIA, funded by USAID and others, carried out 83 coups d’état between 1947 and 1997. The documentation has been there for years, I have written about it for years on Herland Report, but it has now received a new focus now that the Trump administration and Elon Musk are actually publishing the numbers that show how horribly criminal these actually are.

USAID consequently, has been used as a left-wing microphone, spewing warmongering, unrest, organizing revolutions world wide, sowing discontent and division, wrecking national unity, paying the mainstream media such as New York Times, Politico and a long, long list.
George Soros’ Open Society has apparently received more than half of all the money spent on creating riots and color revolutions in other people’s countries from USAID. Publicly, it has been said that these countries needed democracy. That is why they have been bombed to smithereens.

USAID criminal track record: As early as 1993, Soros had agreements with USAID to train “community organizers” in Eastern European countries. This later led to revolutions in a number of countries in the region, Serbia, Ukraine etc. The Herland Report has a number of interviews with leading figures who participated in this, who explain very well how revolutions are created by supporting an opposition and organizing revolts.
The weakening of these states – and Europe – has, as you know, been a desired goal since the 1990s, and a number of articles on HR describe this in detail, including Wiki-leaked White House documents in which this is described. One of the goals was to weaken Germany in order to prevent a strong Europe. It has succeeded very well, it’s safe to say. Germany is now virtually in ruins, and Europe is suffering under extremely weak and weak leaders.
Since 2017, Soros’ Open Society has been the main recipient of USD from USAID, says the Heritage Foundation. In short, they have gotten into the treasury’s taxpayers’ money and are using it to finance the elite’s self-interest projects. The World Economic Forum Billionaire’s Club has apparently received at least 700 million dollars from USAID.
USAID criminal track record: Media all over the world have also received significant support. One example is the BBC, which alone received 3 million USD in 2023-2024 from USAID, making it the BBC’s second largest donor. The scale is enormous. In 2000, in Russia, USAID, through its organization “Russian National Press Institute”, reportedly trained 57,000 journalists and advised 84 newspapers.
And more – horrifyingly more, it turns out how much USAID has paid American celebrities to be photographed with, for example Zelensky.
Angelina Jolie received 20 million USD to travel to Ukraine and have her picture taken there, Sean Penn received 5 million to talk nicely about Ukraine, Orlando Bloom received 8 million for the same job. This is how USAID has spent taxpayers’ money, according to US Homeland Security.
And here we were, thinking Sean Penn and Angelina Jolie actually cared about the children in Ukraine. Turns out, they just went in order to get paid millions of dollars.
And USAID has been doing this for decades. The examples of how the money has been wasted in a completely unimaginable way are: Among other things, 20 million dollars went to the production of Iraqi children’s TV, 11 million dollars to stop the burning of garbage in Vietnam, 27 million dollars for gifts to illegal immigrants when they are deported, millions on infrastructure projects in foreign countries that were never completed and never put into use. 1.5 million dollars was given to promote DEI initiatives in Serbia, 70 thousand dollars for a DEI musical in Ireland, 47 thousand dollars for a transgender opera in Columbia and so on.
The next question, of course, is: Did the money actually go to these projects? Or did it never leave the US and stay in someone’s pocket, to build nice houses with fancy furniture? That’s called corruption, and that’s what Elon Musk describes the entire American public system as being full of.
These types of complete corrupted actions is not what made the West a great civilization, but this is what makes us fall deep down and lose all our integrity. Then only the final fall remains.
As it happened to the cultures before us that fell and were destroyed, mostly due to corruption, lies, dishonesty and dishonesty in their own ranks.
