UK MP and leader of Restore Britain, Rupert Lowe’s Gang Rape Inquiry Report highlights how the police sided with the perpetrators or avoided to criticize them or prosecute, to avoid accusations of racism.
It traces the systemic, massive failures of law enforcement, local government, NHS, and social services, who often ignored, facilitated, or obstructed justice due to fears of racism accusations and political consequences. MPs from multiple parties cooperated voluntarily in hearings, but a statutory inquiry with legal powers was refused by the government.
At least 250,000 young white British women were subjected to horrific sexual abuse over decades across many UK regions. The figure is considered a conservative estimate. The abuse is linked to sexual trafficking, grooming, and exploitation of predominately white British girls, with perpetrators predominantly from Muslim backgrounds, mainly Pakistani. Also including individuals from Somalia, Eritrea, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. Boys were also victims, but less reported.
Testimonies include horrific accounts of gang rapes, forced Islamic marriages to man after man, trafficking (including to Saudi Arabia), and animal abuse, with perpetrators filming and laughing, underscoring the scale and depravity of crimes.
Victims were as young as 10-13 years old, groomed with drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and coercion in settings such as care homes and through lax taxi licensing which enabled child pick-ups. Examples include police officers returning victims to abusers and refusing to label perpetrators publicly to avoid racism accusations.
The Report emphasizes lack of integration of Muslim communities, allowing parallel legal systems (e.g., Sharia law) and fostering a breakdown of societal cohesion, as explained in a recent Patrick Bet David (PBD) Podcast.
The UK’s situation is linked to broader Western challenges, including the spread of multiculturalism with its discrimination against the white majority population, woke ideology, demographic shifts, economic mismanagement, and cultural fragmentation. Political and constitutional decline in the UK is attributed to reforms undermining parliamentary sovereignty, judicial accountability, and social cohesion, especially those introduced by Tony Blair.
The perpetrators were protected since they belonged to the Muslim vote, while the law abiding young girls coming from traditional working-class environments in the UK, were thrown to the perverted lions.The report condemns media blackouts, specifically accusing the BBC as a monopoly failing its mandate to inform and being complicit in silence on the topic.
The Fabian Society, foundational to the Labour Party embodying Marxist and collectivist principles, is symbolized by their logo: a “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” Many Labour leaders, including Keir Starmer and London Mayor Sadiq Khan, are members, influencing policy with a socialist bent. This ideology protects the perpetrators and does not serve justice to the law abiding citizens. The Marxist socialist ideology has been the multicultural driver in Europe for decades.
Keir Starmer, who as head of the Crown Prosecution Service was responsible for justice oversight during part of this period, has faced criticism for failing to properly prosecute or investigate these abuses. The Labour Party, relying on the “block Muslim vote”, looked the other way and thereby enabled the complete evasion of accountability.
All this has happened in the name of multiculturalism – the race-oriented, Marxist 1960s ideology that demands differential treatment between the white majority population and the non-Western minority, so that immigrants are excused and not held personally accountable in the same way as the indigenous white population.
The socialist mayor of London, Sadiq Khan has repeatedly denied the existence of grooming gangs in London, despite the fact that the Metropolitan Police had detailed reports.

The fear of left-wing media accusations of “racism” and “islamophobia” the very moment a Muslim is criticized, has been so strong that no one dared to speak up. Except for journalist Tommy Robinson, who has laid down his whole life to fight against these perpetrators who have destroyed so many white girls.
Robinson was the first to publicly speak up against the grooming gangs sexual exploitation. He has spent years being abused by the government for raising awareness about the sexual abuse of British girls.
The UK political landscape is marred by having seven prime ministers come and go in the timespan of 10 years, illustrating the growing political instability. This turbulence is symptomatic of a once “heavyweight” country now in decline.
Rupert Lowe attributes much of the constitutional and institutional weakening to reforms introduced by Tony Blair, specifically undermining the British constitution, introducing the Human Rights Act which changed traditional protections and governance frameworks, and the creation of a Supreme Court as a quasi-independent “quango”, reducing previous accountability structures.
Enactment of the Equality Act has also deteriorated social cohesion by fostering legal conflicts benefiting lawyers rather than society. The collapse of the once high-trust society, effective parliament, judiciary, and civil service is a principal concern. Devolution to regional governments is characterized as a failed experiment contributing to national disintegration, allegedly playing into EU designs to weaken the UK.
Lowe expresses a preference for nation-state competition with accountable governments over what he describes as a socialist, monopolistic European bloc founded on Coal and Steel Community origins with Marxist influences.
There is criticism of woke ideologies and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies permeating UK and US institutions, seen as corrosive forces within the government, corporations, and society.
The rise of faceless globalist shareholders, quantitative easing and central banks and corporate structures detached from accountability is contrasted by Lowe with nation oriented, family-owned businesses based on traditional Western value and the Protestant work ethic.
The abuse largely targets white girls based on interpretations from parts of Islamic doctrine that consider non-Muslim (“kafir”) girls as inferior and punishable for “immodesty.” The victims’ inability to defend themselves contrasts with Sikh girls, whose communities mobilized protective responses leading to gang withdrawals. Many perpetrators hold clannish loyalties, prioritize protecting their own groups over others, and view lying to protect their clan as acceptable.
Lowe clarifies that not all Muslims are implicated, but criticizes the failure of moderate Muslims to confront radical elements, some of whom actively radicalize others. Radical Islam’s presence in mosques and communities is cited as a contributing factor to the persistence of abuse.
The report ties systemic failures and escalating social tensions to the uncontrolled arrival and settlement of illegal migrants, mostly young Muslim men, protected by the Human Rights Act and European Convention on Human Rights. Public resources are diverted to migrants while citizens and veterans receive inadequate support.
The Islamic population in the UK is estimated at about 6%, with concerns over the growth of unassimilated communities and parallel legal systems (e.g., Sharia courts). There are heavy calls for immigration controls, deportations of illegal residents, and robust integration policies, citing Sweden and Denmark’s experiences with social decay linked to immigration. The report warns of potential societal explosion if these issues remain unaddressed.
