The deep-rooted ongoing Western battle is between two clashing economic and political systems: globalism with its multinational elites, global banks, and institutions largely headquartered in London and Europe; and nationalism, embodied by the American system under President Trump, aiming for economic sovereignty, self-governance, and independence.
This struggle is a centuries-old contest. To retain power, the globalist elites have long pushed for control over nation states, access to its wealth and dominating its political system.
The Western “Civil War”: When private capital gains control over government funds, as illustrated by the World Economic Forum goals, total control becomes achievable.
Since the mid 1980s, the transnational, borderless corporate model has successfully outsourced Western industries to low cost countries such as China. While no longer paying taxes to the West, these internationalist monopoly conglomerate corporations are often registered in tax havens.
The benefits deriving from low-cost production is not redistributed back to the losing Western worker, but is accumulated by the trillions in the billionaire class’ bank accounts and asset management. The consequence is that innovation, production, citizens’ rights and interests are undermined across the West, while the wealth is transferred to the top economic elite.
This program of a globalization has caused a historic wealth transfer to what we today call the billionaire elite, which I have discussed in my bestselling book, The Billionaire World. How Marxism serves the elite. (2023) While socialism and communism is applied to gain control over the steadily more impoverished population, the billionaire elite constitutes its true rulers.

The Western “Civil War”: What is unfolding before our very eyes is the re-feudalization of the West by non-democratic elites, under the media (which is owned by the same elites) banners of “democracy” and “freedom”.
While undermining citizen rights and freedom, the globalist leaders have worked to deliberately weaken nation states for decades, controlling government funding, the political class and the media. Thereby the wealth transfer from the middle-class to the top billionaire elite has continued uninterrupted.

The Western “Civil War”: Understanding that this is the battle for the West, news articles about trade disputes, geopolitical tensions, technological battles on AI, and financial instability are all interconnected. They all display a variety of aspects of the same Western “civil war”.
Senior geopolitical analysts at Promethean Action, Susan Kokinda and Barbara Boyd point out in an interview with Jillian Michaels that the American founding fathers intended the U.S. to operate as a sovereign economic republic, one where the government supports economic independence and innovation.
However, for much of the past century, the U.S. has been dominated by a globalist system aligned with British globalist and financial interests. This system’s tools, ranging from private central banking such as the privately owned at its top levels, Federal Reserve, to monopolistic cartels in healthcare and agriculture, concentrate power in elite hands and undermine national sovereignty.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant are working to unravel these globalist networks and restore national sovereignty. The struggle involves breaking free from speculative finance bubbles, monopolistic economic sectors within pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, and agriculture, and the chronic media propaganda which always favors what benefits the globalist billionaire class.
As Bessent recently pointed out at the 2026 Reagan National Economic Forum, globalism has greatly weakened the United States, arguably by design, robbed the nation of its sovereignty and made it economically vulnerable by outsourcing its industry. America prioritized consumption over production, ignoring the consequences of relying on overseas goods as a measure of prosperity.
The ideological tools to achieve the downfall of sovereign nations is socialism and communism, which crush precisely the traditional cultural values that built Western civilization and advocate for open borders. Again, I describe this process in The Billionaire World. How Marxism serves the elite.
The cultural and information wars such as divisive narratives on race, gender, and religion are seen as manufactured distractions that weaken national unity and fuel societal decay. Cultural wars and socialist movements are the very globalist tools to erode Western Christian values and weaken the social cohesion necessary for national sovereignty.
The Western “Civil War”: The battle between the American system and globalist control dates back 250 years, framing current political and economic issues as part of a persistent struggle to preserve sovereignty and a productive national economy. The assassination of President McKinley in 1901 symbolizes the midpoint in this ongoing contest, after which globalism advanced aggressively, senior analyst Kokinda points out.
The global financial system, including mechanisms like the yen carry trade and unregulated offshore banking, operates as a powder keg threatening national economic stability.
Beyond overt political actors, institutions like the Federal Reserve, FBI, CIA, and even parts of the healthcare system serve as apparatuses to enforce globalist control. The Federal Reserve, established as a private central bank, exemplifies how formal governance structures uphold foreign financial interests at odds with American sovereignty.
Borrowing from Antonio Gramsci’s prison notebooks and British-backed intellectual movements, these ideological battles aim to weaken national unity and cultural identity, rendering populations more pliable for control.
The Mid-East conflicts, notably with Iran and the influence of British intelligence in Islamic fundamentalism, are engineered crises designed to fracture sovereignty and control energy resource flows. These conflicts are strands in the very same chess game for global power.
