What happens when the public sector loses all sense of accountability to the law for what taxpayers’ money is spent on?
As President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is investigating departments to stop waste, fraud and theft, a terrible culture of carelessness and politicized use of taxpayer money has been discovered.

The annual expenditure is estimated to be approximately 40 billion USD. Some examples of how money has been wasted are: 20 million dollars went to the production of Iraqi children’s TV, 11 million dollars to stop the burning of garbage in Vietnam, 27 million dollars for goodie bags to illegal immigrants upon being deported. Millions of dollars were used on infrastructure projects in foreign countries that were never completed and never put into use. 1.5 million dollars was given to promote DEI initiatives in Serbia, 70 thousand dollars for a DEI musical in Ireland, 47 thousand dollars for a transgender opera in Columbia and so on.
The abuse is so horrifying that Elon Musk on X calls USAID “a completely criminal and illegal organization.”
USAID Shockingly Criminal Track Record: In a press conference at the White House, on February 11, 2025, Musk explained what DOGE does: “The kind of things we’re doing are very simple and basic. For example, on Treasury, it’s about making sure that payments that go out, taxpayer money that goes out, is categorized correctly and explained. We also need to make sure that organizations on the Do Not Pay list actually don’t get paid, because currently they are being paid. These are not individual judgment decisions. These are about simply having sensible checks and balances in the system itself to ensure that taxpayer money is spent well.”
DOGE reports daily its findings and publishes transcripts that document the waste.
While USAID was supposed to deliver humanitarian assistance overseas, it turns out that the organization finances highly dangerous bioweapons production, shaping revolutions, funding uprisings as well as coup d’états, producing millions of refugees.
According to Robert F. Kennedy. Jr, the CIA, funded by USAID and others, carried out 83 coups d’état between 1947 and 1997.

USAID Shockingly Criminal Track Record: USAID also funds the media – often outlets notoriously bent on biased news reporting that somehow solely serve the interests of the leftist globalist elite. One example is the BBC, which received 3 million USD in 2023-2024 from USAID, making it the BBC’s second largest donor.
Politico got 8 million. Internationally, the scale is enormous. In 2000 alone, USAID in Russia, reportedly trained 57,000 journalists and advised 84 newspapers through its organization “Russian National Press Institute”.
The World Economic Forum Billionaire’s Club has apparently received at least 700 million dollars from USAID.
USAID has been used as a left-wing microphone, spewing warmongering, unrest and division, wrecking national unity. “The Left tries to portray itself as a movement of the people and its grass roots, this is the exact opposite. It is money coming from the top down out of Washington to fund all these groups. It makes you wonder, what is the real level of local support for these left-wing policies all over the world? Every left-wing organization in the world seems to be paid by this slush fund, USAID,” as reiterated from Elon Musk X.
Since 2017, Soros’ Open Society has been the main recipient of USD from USAID, says the Heritage Foundation. But as early as 1993, Soros had agreements with USAID to train “community organizers” in Eastern Europe.
This later led to color revolutions in Serbia, Ukraine etc., weakening many nations. The weakening of Europe has been a desired neo-con goal since the 1990s. A number of articles on the Herland Report describe this in detail, including Wiki-leaked White House documents.
Moving forward, DOGE will investigate the wealth amassed by a number of government officials, whose yearly revenue is a few hundred thousand USD, but somehow have accumulated massive profits of tens of millions of dollars while in public office.
I have recently pointed out at WND that the practice of allowing private corporations to fund Congress members has been a contentious issue, with critics asserting that it fosters a pernicious cycle of self-interest and corruption.
This phenomenon has been argued to compromise the integrity of the democratic political system, as it creates a scenario in which elected officials prioritize the interests of corporate donors over those of their constituents. This dynamic effectively positions politicians to serve the interests of the affluent elite, resulting in the erosion of democratic principles.

What becomes clear is that President Trump and his team are up against pure evil.
