Western nations quickly followed the Chinese example, fearful of the origin of the virus and its possible impact. It was not lack of supply or demand that stopped growth, but political decisions. As a result, we are facing the financial meltdown of a century due to poor political decisions.

In the Western media frenzy, few noticed that China actually mainly closed down one city, Wuhan and its province, Hubei. Remarkably enough, the inhabitants of Wuhan were told that the city would close down, and that they were allowed to leave before this happened, and travel elsewhere in China. 5 million left, which leaves 6 million that remained in lockdown in Wuhan.

The COVID-19 scandal first days: What happened next was that by March 14, 2020, most of the Hubei province was allowed to resume work and production. This means that most of Hubei was only under lockdown for about four weeks. Other areas were also affected, national borders and so on.
The point is that China only shut down the epicenter areas, but the West shut down whole nations, counties, cities, towns, everywhere. This has severely affected the economy on a level that may be far worse than China.
The panic advice to shut down came from a mix between oligarch Bill Gates, WHO leader, Marxist-Leninist Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, a long-time close friend of China, and was massively pushed by the CNN owned media. CNN, owned by the Western oligarchs, were actually proud of leading the panic, even summarizing it in a CNN article.
The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Dr. Tedros who first underreported and then overreported, is central, since Western leaders believe that the WHO is the “equivalent to God”. He allegedly underreported the China numbers, then brutally switched to overreporting prospects of millions of deaths on March 10th, to EU leaders.
At the March 10th meeting, he estimated a 3.5% or higher death rate among the infected and called the outbreak a “pandemic,” which alluded to millions of people dead in Europe. Reportedly, Angela Merkel was so shocked that others had to forcibly calm her down.
An estimated 60-70 % in the population were expected to contract the virus. British authorities stated 60-80 %. By March 12, the EU closed down its economies.
This combined with, in essence, the Imperial College draft, caused the fear of a virus on a level never seen before. As it turns out, the Imperial College Report that motivated the UK and other nations to leave its herd immunity strategy, turns out to not be peer-reviewed and written by a professor Neil Ferguson who grossly overestimated the numbers for Ebola and Swine influenza. It predicted that 510 000 people could die in the UK without lockdown, while 250 000 could die even with an isolationist strategy.
This was later pointed out by Johan Giesecke, the State Epidemiologist for Sweden who also served as the first Chief Scientist of the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
The U.S. under President Donald Trump and the United Kingdom initially chose different approaches from the EU to the emergence of the COVID-19 flu. They initially stressed the need to keep business running and daily life open as long as possible, targeting high risk groups. This is the so-called herd immunity strategy.
The UK national emergency plan focused on the most endangered, on equipping hospitals, avoiding contact, keeping business open. Prime minister, Boris Johnson prescribed caution. This was before the Imperial Report hit the Prime minister’s desk and both the U.S. and the UK changed their approach.
We currently have politicians eagerly flocking to billionaire “pandemic expert” Bill Gates to take his oligarchic advice rather than listen to national pandemic experts. Stanford School of Medicine professor John Ioannidis says that the lockdowns could be a “once in a century evidence fiasco.” He has described the coronavirus as a “very common, mild infection for the vast majority.”
Do we know enough to justify the massive measures that violate human rights in our free democratic society, asks Germany’s leading virus expert in microbiology, Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi’s open letter to the Chancellor of Germany? Of course, Merkel does not listen to him.
Dr. Bhakdi says: “This is the incredible tragedy. The life expectancy of millions is now being shortened because of this. The horrifying impact on world economy threatens the existence of countless people.”
1.1 billion people were under threat by hunger due to world-wide lockdowns. In the UK alone, three million in poverty were set to starve as a result of this. The misinformation campaign has contributed to the largest economic meltdown in a century.
What opened up the public to accept the economic shutdowns that brought about massive decline and restructuring of ownership across the West, was the panic fear of COVID-19. The psychology of the fear of COVID-19 produced a horrifying market crash.
The media hype was key, as every possible mainstream media outlet published horrible stories and daily statistics. Western economies plunged and thousands of bankruptcies required new owners and new liquidity to the market.
So, who benefited economically? Bill Gates, who dramatically pushed for lockdowns later admitted in an interview by CNN host and Washington Post columnist Fareed Zakaria – having earned billions on the Covid-19 crisis – that Covid-19 ended up being like an influenza. The American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) stated approximately the same.
The WHO confirmed at the same time in 2022 that the Covid-19 PCR test was flawed and estimates of “positive cases” therefore meaningless.

The 2022 investigation into who joined forces behind the scenes to construct the COVID-19 response, shows that just four groups are behind the coordinated response. These groups took control over some of the most powerful Western nations and jointly helped by the mainstream media, steered the mainstream media narrative.
Politico reports: “While nations were still debating the seriousness of the pandemic, the groups identified potential vaccine makers and targeted investments in the development of tests, treatments and shots. And they used their clout with the World Health Organization to help create an ambitious worldwide distribution plan for the dissemination of those COVID tools to needy nations, though it would ultimately fail to live up to its original promises.”
“Officials from the U.S., EU and representatives from the WHO rotated through these four organizations as employees, helping them solidify their political and financial connections in Washington and Brussels. The largest and most powerful was the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, one of the largest philanthropies in the world.”
“Then there was Gavi, the global vaccine organization that Gates helped to found to inoculate people in low-income nations, and the Wellcome Trust, a British research foundation with a multibillion-dollar endowment that had worked with the Gates Foundation in previous years. Finally, there was the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations, or CEPI, the international vaccine research and development group that Gates and Wellcome both helped to create in 2017. Bill Gates was thereby given an unprecedented access to the WHO and government.”
The shutdown strategy made the billionaires profits soar. In the span of a few months in 2020, Bill Gates made 7.5 billion USD, Jeff Bezos $67.9 billion, Mark Zuckerberg’s $37.8 billion and Elon Musk’s $33.6 billion.
The total wealth of the billionaire class grew 54% from March 2020 to March 2021, reports CBS News. According to Forbes and Bloomberg, Jeff Bezos’ fortune soared to $178 billion from $113 billion. Bill Gates ended up gaining 33 billion USD during Covid-19.
