Restoring the American System: How Trump fights the Globalist British Empire AP

The War for World Energy Control Behind the smokescreen of Ukraine and Iran

As the mainstream media focuses on pictures of bombs reaching targets in Ukraine and Iran, the real conflict behind the smokescreen of explosions is the hidden economic world war for the control of energy.

The clash is fundamental between the emerging American economic-nationalist strategy and the entrenched British City of London financialized, globalist “rules based order” empire.

As President Trump pushes for peace and negotiation with Russia, particularly pressuring Ukraine to settle, the British establishment aggressively supports continuing the conflict, openly preparing for war.

This division reveals deep fractures in the Western alliance and a strategic battle between two fundamentally opposing worldviews: Britain’s desire to preserve its imperial financial system by fuelling conflict and U.S. efforts to restore productive national economies and limit global speculative finance, Promethean Action points out.

The British financial empire fears losing control over the global economic system, while the U.S. National Security Strategy emphasizes sovereign nations, not globalist financial institutions.

The U.S. now moves to replace British City of London’s speculative financial and globalist free trade dominance with a new global order anchored in tangible industrial power and national sovereignty. The emerging new economic paradigm is based on sovereign nation-state collaboration, rooted in shared industrial-economic traditions. This leaves globalist “green energy – soft power” Europe in a limbo.

Ultimately, the crisis in Ukraine is a proxy battle for control over the global economic order, with Britain pushing war to maintain its financial empire, while the U.S. pushes peace to rebuild a sovereign, production-based economy. Failure for the British Empire in this economic war means “game over” for its centuries-old financial dominance.

The cornerstone document inciting British fears is the 2025 Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) report from the U.S., signalling a dramatic shift in U.S. national financial priorities from prioritizing Wall Street and global financiers to putting people and economic growth first. This aligns with the broader U.S. National Security Strategy emphasizing sovereign nations over globalist institutions.

The FSOC 2025 report’s prioritization of economic security over “financial parasites” directly threatens British financial dominance, which has historically relied on globalized, speculative capitalism benefiting the City of London and offshore tax havens.

The FSOC’s explicit shift from protecting “financial parasites” (large banks and derivatives markets) to focusing on household income stability and American economic security breaks decades of financial orthodoxy. This signals a fundamental restructuring of U.S. financial governance away from globalist free-market rules toward national economic sovereignty.

Mark that the U.S. is self-sufficient with approximately 12 million oil barrels in daily production, so is Russia with 11 million barrels a day. Whoever controls the Strait of Hormuz, controls the choke hold of energy supplies from the Arab States and Iran to India, China and the whole Southeast Asia.

Britain’s attempt to sustain the financialized imperial order through war is now threatened. The growing American movement toward blue-collar revitalization and national economic sovereignty undermines decades of globalization and financial domination, spelling the end of the “rules-based order” defined by London and Davos elites.

This is linked to the Trump administration’s effort to dismantle monopolistic “cartels” in American food, pharma, housing, and drug industries—key pillars of the financialized economy dependent on extraction and control. The unravelling of these cartels deals a strategic blow to Britain’s imperial financial system.

Public calls for war by UK military leaders and MI6 chiefs reveal desperation rather than ideology. They are aware that the systemic economic underpinnings of their global power—the City of London’s role as a financier of global capital flows—are at risk of being dismantled, and are willing to risk conflict to defend it.

The visible conflict in Ukraine masks a broader economic war. The British Empire’s insistence on continuing the war aligns with preserving its global financial dominance, which is increasingly threatened by the U.S.’s pivot toward economic nationalism and rebuilding domestic production.

The Trump administration’s diplomatic push for peace—linking security guarantees to territorial concessions—ruptures traditional Western alliance consensus, which remains under British influence. European complicity in prolonging war puts London in direct opposition not only to Russia but to Washington’s evolving strategy.

The U.S. administration’s framing of food security, healthcare, housing, and drug enforcement as national security issues reflects an integrated approach to economic policy and geopolitics, where weakening financial cartels strengthens both domestic resilience and geopolitical positioning.
