- a system where state power was to be as de-centralized as possible so that the needs of the people would be served, and national institutions such as the judiciary and the government were as independent as possible in order to stop the elites’ abuse of power

They have been indoctrinated into thinking that the classical Western value of free speech is wrong, that whoever disagrees with the Marxist-socialist-communist ideology must be removed, harassed, lied about, belittled, discriminated against, anything to consolidate society into one single group in an authoritarian group-think, so well known from countries where socialists are in control.
The National Socialist (NAZI) system in Germany during World War II is a good example of how a socialist state completely shuts down free speech and the right to differ in opinions. Whoever spoke up against the socialist Hitler regime quickly lost his job and opportunities, was demonized in the media, sent away to labor camp or killed. This system is what the Marxists in America want to implement also in the United States.
Charlie Kirk spoke up against it and for its antithesis: Christian values and traditional Western ideal, very successfully. For this he was killed and joined the Christian martyrs who gave their life for their faith.
