The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs intended to tackle discrimination, but due to their Marxist bias against conservative and traditional values, have ended up discriminating against the majority population.

Many feel that the DEI only favor gays and lesbians+, and thereby gag the rest of the population, forbid diversity of opinions, and demonize the views about what normalcy is among the majority.
DEI does not enhance equality regardless of gender, but the very opposite: It enforces discrimination based on sex and political views.
Discrimination, woke hostility and division: A new study has come to the conclusion that the radical DEI programs, forcefully infused at colleges, universities and in corporate America has been counterproductive, producing racial awareness in individuals in such a way that racism is increasing in society.
Rutgers University’s Social Perception Lab and Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) found that certain DEI practices has produced a cultural tendency towards division, confrontation and irrationality rather than the opposite.
Traditional Western values have taught that equality should be an ideal regardless of gender, race, status or ethnic origin.
This system is quenched by the current Marxist infused and woke views, which promote racial division rather than equality regardless of race. It pushes for a war between the genders rather than equality regardless of sex.

Discrimination, woke hostility and division: The neo-Marxist ideology that has increasingly dominated Western public discourse and especially after the 1960s student revolutions, parted drastically from the traditional, Christian value system, seeking to redefine, deconstruct, reinvent the West with a new set of ideals.
The spoken goal was to make society better and free its members from the “mental slavery of traditional values”.

Discrimination, woke hostility and division: It may be argued that the very opposite has happened, as we now face cultural upheaval, division, hatred between the races, declining living standards, the breaking up of the family and national stability, and other serious signs of an impoverished society.
Neo-Marxist thought is characterized by a remarkable lack of respect for traditional, historical Western values, marked by a surprisingly strong hatred of Christianity and anything traditional Western.
It seeks to install a new set of ethics – idealizing hedonism and the breaking up of the traditional family, church affiliation and other traditional ideals that founded the West as a successful civilization.
“Across all groupings, instead of reducing bias, [DEI trainings] engendered a hostile attribution bias, amplifying perceptions of prejudicial hostility where none was present, and punitive responses to the imaginary prejudice,” the report states, writes RT.
“According to researchers, this would manifest itself by participants demonizing those who oppose DEI initiatives as “oppressive, racist, or fascist” simply because they disagree.
“When people are supposed to see anti-racist material in the ideology, it looks like what happens is that they become more likely to punish for any evidence of wrongdoing,” study co-author and NCRI Chief Science Officer Joel Finkelstein told Fox News.
“That includes calling for dismissal… demanding public apologies… calling for relocation. These punitive measures are, in some cases, costing people their jobs,” Finkelstein added.
According to the report, DEI training and materials frequently rely on the words of controversial anti-racist authors Ibram X. Kendi and Robin DiAngelo. The two authors have faced widespread criticism for their promotion of Critical Race Theory.
Discrimination, woke hostility and division: The researchers concluded that Kendi and DiAngelo’s works promote divisive “core themes.” They include: “Normal institutions and Western ideologies are secretly enforcing racist agendas and White people are beneficiaries and entitled to the benefits of systemic white supremacy and racism,” “Western countries are compromised by virtue of their racist ideology and past,” and “Anti-racist discrimination is the only solution to racist discrimination.”
The NCRI also found that anti-Islamophobia material that comes from a Muslim advocacy group may cause individuals to believe Muslim people are being treated unfairly even if there is no proof of that.
“DEI narratives that focus heavily on victimization and systemic oppression can foster unwarranted distrust and suspicions of institutions and alter subjective assessments of events,” the study says.
About 52% of American workers are obligated to participate in DEI meetings or training at work, according to a 2023 study from the Pew Research Center.”
